Mrs. Geraldine Stone is the Utility Clerk for the Village of Waynesfield. She has served the community since 2003, and has lived in Waynesfield for 30 years. As the Utility Clerk she inputs all meter reading information, generates and mails the utility bills, and handles all payments.
