Waynesfield Mayor’s Court
The Waynesfield Mayor’s Court has been in existence for multiple decades, however it was re-started by Former-Mayor Michael Ridenour in October 2013.
Non-jailable misdemeanor traffic and local ordinance cases are the only cases Waynesfield Mayor’s Court hears. All other cases are heard in the Auglaize County Juvenile, Municipal, or Common Pleas courts in Wapakoneta, Ohio.

Directions for paying Mayor’s Court citations
Please know there is a small fee associated with online payments that is collected by GovPay.net for the use of their services. If you prefer not to pay the additional fee, you can always mail a check or money order with the blue copy of your citation to Waynesfield Mayor’s Court, PO Box 128, Waynesfield, OH 45896. Or, you can drop the payment and citation off at the office 24/7 in the night drop box at the Waynesfield Municipal Building, 300 North Westminster Street, Waynesfield, OH 45896.
