A RESOLUTION AMENDING CHARGES OF RENTS TO BE PAID TO THE VILLAGE FOR THE USE OF THE SYSTEM OF SEWERAGE OF THE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, The Council of the Village of Waynesfield deems it necessary to establish a new charge upon all tenements and premises provided with sanitary sewerage by the Village for the purpose of paying the expenses of conducting and managing the sewerage system.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Council of the Village of Waynesfield, Auglaize County, State of Ohio, a majority of the members elected concurring that:
SECTION I. Rents for the use of the system of sewerage of the Village of Waynesfield shall be increased by $4.50 per month to $29.50 per month, per residence effective January 1, 2014, for the February 2014 billing cycle.
SECTION II. Any resolution or ordinance of the Village of Waynesfield inconsistent with any provision is herein is hereby expressly repealed.
SECTION III. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from the earliest period allowed by law.
SECTION IV. The Village Clerk is authorized and directed to cause publication of this resolution.
